Ear seeds should always be placed externally - never inside the ear canal. Not recommended for use during pregnancy or for those with nickel or adhesive allergies.
Avoid the use of seeds on irritated skin or open lesions. Redness, swelling, skin irritation, or small sores may occur. Sometimes, when a point is “active” the ear seed will make the ear feel sore, tender and sensitive to touch. However, if your symptoms persist, please contact your doctor.

Yes, the Good Chi is oil-based and therefore will remove all makeup. You will need to double cleanse, so make sure to massage it thoroughly onto your lashes and emulsify it with water.
Our packaging is made out of post consumer recycled plastic and is fully recyclable. Please rinse out the jar before recycling. Our cardboard cartons are made with a blend of PEFC-certified recycled paper and are 100% recyclable.

I love using this for baths or soaking my feet at the end of a day - it is very relaxing and I’ve seen my sleep quality really improve after using this product!
I have tried gua sha before, but gave up because the regular tools are too small. This on the other hand is comfortable to hold for the duration of my session, I use it to help relax my jawline in the evenings, and to help wind down before bed, by massaging my night products into my skin.
It would be really helpful to have a follow along video (or a series of) to help learn the techniques correctly.
I also have tried using it to release my tight shoulder and neck muscles, but I’m not sure if I’m doing it right?

I love using the mugwort pouches in the bath and separately as a foot soak before bed. The scent is calming and the mugwort is doing the job of helping me relax and make the tension go down before sleep 💤

I’m very disappointed with my recent order. The cleanser I received appears to be fake — it arrived wrapped in brown paper instead of the usual orange box, and was placed in a single-use plastic bag. The product itself looks and smells completely different from the original: it has the texture of cheap petroleum jelly and a strong tea tree oil scent.
How is it possible that I received what appears to be a counterfeit product directly from the manufacturer? This is very concerning. Please investigate this issue urgently and advise on the next steps for replacement or refund.

With regards to the outer box, only the 100ml Good Chi is supplied with an outer box, the 50ml mini version comes as a standalone pot.
I can confirm your product is 100% genuine purchased directly from us. The formulation has not recently undergone any changes & we do not use any petroleum jelly in any of our products. Really stunning high quality ear seeds! Beautifully delicate and gold plated, and really long lasting (2-4 days + even with hair wash etc), super easy to apply!
Love it! Haven’t used it long enough to have a proper sense of long term effects but loving it so far. I have acne rosacea and it’s helped with the dryness and hasn’t broken me out
46 yr old female -as a person with extremely sensitive skin I have to be careful with what I purchase. This feels great on the skin and removes makeup without leaving my skin dry. I use this as my makeup remover and then use a foaming cleanser for sensitive skin. It has a light medicinal scent like the rice water essence o barely notice it. I will definitely re-purchase. It’s a shame I live in the USA shipping cost is a bit much.
46yr old female I had to adjust how much to apply to my skin since I have extremely sensitive skin. I only apply at night due to what I apply in the morning I do not want my skin to feel too heavy after a week my skin feels smooth and not oily or sticky you just have to know your skin I will repurchase when my bottle is almost empty. :)
46yr old it’s a light scent that glides smoothly, it feels similar to Farmacy cleansing balm and is a great makeup remover. I have very sensitive combination skin. I use daily to remove makeup and then with a gentle cleanser. I will re-purchase. I wish there was free shipping to the USA.

Firm staple in my daily routine! Along with one or two other brands in my daily routine now as a NEED in my second evening cleanse. Great formula, so soft and buttery, melts my touch to dissolve makeup off i/e good for chunky mascara and long-wear lipstick.
This is now a firm staple in my routine. I’ve tried lots of other cleansers and balms and this one is BY FAR the best! Afterwards I feel like my skin has been moisturised rather than stripped and tight. And it removes all makeup, even waterproof mascara. So happy I found this cleanser, wish I’d tried it sooner.
I really love the Muihood Sleep Kit as it helps me relax and get a better night’s sleep. The heat patches in particular create such a warm and comforting feeling. My only hesitation is the additional €40 handling fee on top of my €120 order, which unfortunately makes it difficult for me to justify ordering again. Hopefully this is something that can be improved in the future, because I’d otherwise be very happy to continue using the product!
Like the cleanser it has lovely natural ingredients that soften and make my skin glow. As a regular subscriber I recommend it to all my family and friends.

This is the BEST facewash I have ever used. I order in bulk 2-3 x per year to make sure I never run out. It melts off your makeup while leaving skin soft. I have used so many facewashes that burn my eyes when I take my mascara off. This product never causes any irritation and never requires multiple rounds of washing to get all the makeup off.
I actually love the patches and have ordered every month so I thought I would treat myself to the period pack instead - unfortunately I have a peanut allergy and was sent the peanut chocolate bar so I wasn’t able to enjoy. Only giving feedback so people don’t make the same mistake if you have a nut allergy. But I will probably order again as I know there are other options - my partner enjoyed it instead so it wasn’t the end of the world. Just I basically only got my usual patch order.
